STORE POLICY

Customer Care

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice. An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or for any other reason beyond our control.

We accept payments by credit or debit card, PayPal, and, where available, cash on delivery. All payments must be completed in full before shipment, except in the case of cash on delivery orders.

We currently ship within EU. Delivery usually takes between three and seven business days, depending on the destination. The shipping cost is 4 EUR, and delivery is free for all orders over 80 EUR. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and undamaged item within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at arrowmi.shop@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear of the product. Please note that product photos are for illustrative purposes only, and colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.
